Batman has been a global phenomenon for the last 70 years from its comic book beginnings to TV, movies and children's entertainment. Batman is the alter ego of Bruce Wayne, American millionaire playboy and businessman who takes on the crime lords of Gotham city such as the Joker, the Penguin and Two-Face. Batman, of course, is never without his trusty sidekick Robin and the two of them, supported by loyal butler Alfred, emerge from the Batcave in the Batmobile whenever they are needed.
