Can i come to your shop?

We are a mail order company and do not have any own shop which also cuts down on overheads that many other companies have which means you save money on the products.

How do i pay for my purchase?

You will be taken to paypal from the checkout where you can pay by paypal, visa, mastercard or many others.

 How much is delivery?

Delivery is free over £40, otherwise its £3 per order.

Are all your products in stock?

Each product page has information on how many of each item is in stock.

How do i know you have received my order?

As soon as you place an order and make payment we will email you to confirm the order. We will also send you an email once your order has been despatched.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We send all products with royal mail so it should reach you within 2-5 working days. If you need next day delivery please contact us.

What if im not in when my parcel is delivered?

If you are not in the couriers will try and leave your parcel with a neighbour, if they are not in it ill be taken to the nearest sorting office and a card will come through your door to alert you to this and you can pick it up from the nearest sorting office.

Can I return my item?

If for any reason you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, please state the  reason for return and send it back in the original packaging unworn and within 7 days of receipt as after this period our money back guarantee will not apply. Kindly obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery or registered mail) when returning the package as we cannot take any responsibility for returned goods lost in the post.

When will my product be dispatched?

If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. Later than 3pm your order will be dispatched the next working day.

What if the size is wrong?

If you send the item back to ourselves with an email stating what size you require we will resend another size for you once we get the item back. The item must be unworn.
